Warranty Information

Your device has a one year warranty from the date of purchase. If, within that time, you have any defects with your device we will replace it with a new device. Defect does not include dropping, getting wet, heating, and general abuse of the device.

User Safety Information:
Keep away from flammable materials
Never store near hot objects, in direct sunlight, or at a temperature above 140° F
This device is not water-resistant. Keep away from water, rain, etc. If any liquid or foreign
object has entered the unit, do not use, consult your authorized dealer.
Do not touch the internal parts. These are high tension circuits that may cause severe
electric shock.
Do not open, disassemble or modify this device, as it may cause damage to the unit. For
internal repairs, consult your authorized dealer.

For orders placed before 7am AEDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slighly longer processing time.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
